AADSTS700003 – Device Object Not Found in Tenant
Error: AADSTS700003 – Device object was not found in the tenant
This error occurs when the device originally used for delegated admin access has been deleted from your directory.
Cause: If the Azure AD device associated with your delegated admin account is removed, the token chain breaks and access fails.
Resolution
Grant partner center consent again using your admin account:
- Log into Sync 365
- Go to Company → Delegated admin tab
- Note the currently used account (do not delete it)
- Click Add → Grant partner center consent
- Login using the delegated admin account that’s active in Sync 365
- Ensure you’re prompted for MFA during login — required for Partner Center access
- Once complete, the token will be refreshed and the issue resolved
