Billing Profile Error – Invalid or Missing Product
Error: Billing Profile has invalid product / Error updating price of product
This error is related to mismatches between products in your PSA tool and your Sync 365 billing profile.
Cause: A product referenced in your billing profile no longer exists or is marked inactive in your PSA (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA).
Resolution
There are two ways to resolve this issue:
- Update the Sync 365 billing profile
- Go to the billing profile inside Sync 365
- Update the product/service to match the correct active item from your PSA
- Re-activate the product in your PSA
- Open the PSA and locate the product/service that's inactive or deleted
- Re-enable or re-create the product as needed
Once fixed, re-run the sync or wait for the next scheduled update.
