Bulk Add Companies in Sync 365

Bulk Add Companies

To easily add all of your customers into Sync 365 License, we have a Bulk Add Company feature.

We recommend to do 1 page at a time and save the mapping.


  1. Click on Bulk Add Company
  2. You will be presented with a list of all of your Office 365 tenants.
    1. This will not show tenants that have been excluded or that are already added to the system
  3. Auto-Map
    1. You can select the auto-map button and we will attempt to match up Office 365 Tenants with your PSA Companies.
    2. Check the companies that have been matched, and any that we could not find a similar company for will be highlighted in yellow
  4. Select a PSA company for each of the tenants you would like to add
  5. Click on Save Customer Mapping when you are done
  6. All selected tenants will now be added into the system and ready to link their Office 365 Licenses to their Connectwise agreements
