Cause: A product referenced in your billing profile no longer exists or is marked inactive in your PSA (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA).

Resolution

There are three ways to resolve this issue:

  1. Update the Sync 365 billing profile
    • Go to the billing profile inside Sync 365
    • Update the product/service to match the correct active item from your PSA
  2. Re-activate the product in your PSA
    • Open the PSA and locate the product/service that's inactive or deleted
    • Re-enable or re-create the product as needed
  3. Change the billing profile on the mapped license
    1. Open the company in Sync 365
    2. Edit the license mapping and select a new billing profile

Once fixed, re-run the sync or wait for the next scheduled update.
