Linking Multiple Microsoft 365 Tenancies to a Single PSA Company for Billing
Sync 365 allows you to link multiple Microsoft 365 tenants to a single PSA company for flexible license management.
To link multiple tenants to one PSA company:
- Log into your Sync 365 account.
- Navigate to Companies.
- Click Add Company.
- Choose the target PSA company and select the first Microsoft 365 tenant to link.
- Click Add to save.
- Click Add Company again.
- Select the same PSA company.
- Choose the second Microsoft 365 tenant to link.
- Click Add again to complete the setup.
You’ll now see two companies listed—one for each Microsoft tenant—both linked to the same PSA company. You can configure license mappings for each tenant individually.
Important:
- Each tenant must be mapped to a separate Agreement or Contract in your PSA. Linking multiple tenants to the same agreement may cause conflicts or duplicated licenses.
