View License Sync History - Sync365

View license sync history

To view the sync history of a customer tenant.


  1. Open the Customers tab
  2. Click on the name of the customer you would like to see
  3. This will bring up a sync overview and you will see a tab with history so you can see the history of license sync
  4. While you are in a customer, you can click on the sync history tab. This will show you a history of licenses that have synced, including the agreement and quantity.
