Enable Multi-Factor Authentication in Sync 365

Multi Factor Authentication

We recommend setting up Multi Factor Authentication on your Sync 365 user account after you have first logged in.

You can do that by following these steps:


  1. Log into Sync 365
  2. Click Tools> Settings
  3. Scroll down to User preferences and tick "enable multi factor authentication
  4. Scan the QR code into your authenticator app and enter in your MFA Code

  5. Click save preferences and MFA will now be enabled
