Multi Factor Authentication
We recommend setting up Multi Factor Authentication on your Sync 365 user account after you have first logged in.
You can do that by following these steps:
- Log into Sync 365
- Click Tools> Settings
- Scroll down to User preferences and tick "enable multi factor authentication
- Scan the QR code into your authenticator app and enter in your MFA Code

- Click save preferences and MFA will now be enabled
