Manage Sync 365 Alerts & Ticket Notifications

How to Manage Alerts from Sync 365

Sync 365 allows you to manage alert notifications via email or as PSA tickets. You can also exclude specific tenants to avoid unnecessary alerts.

To configure alert notifications:

  1. Go to Tools> Settings.
  2. Click Edit Profile  to manage general alert settings.
  3. Set the notification email address  and choose how often you'd like to receive alerts.

To receive alerts as PSA tickets:

  1. In Settings, click Edit Ticket Settings.
    1. If this sticks on a loading screen, it is usually an API permission error. Check required permissions here under your PSA
  2. Select the PSA company (typically your own) that the ticket should be logged under.
  3. Choose the priority  and service board/queue  where alerts should be sent.
  4. Click Save  and enable ticket notifications.

To exclude specific tenants from alerts:

  1. Click the Exclude Tenant  link in your settings.
  2. Select the tenants you don’t want to receive alerts for.

Tip:  Excluding unmanaged or test tenants is recommended to reduce noise and ensure alerts are focused only on relevant environments.
