Azure Billing reserved instances and software licenses

When this feature is enabled in your CSV mapping, we will split out the reserved instances and software licenses in your CSV and apply the relevant mark ups.

During your CSV Mapping, you will need to enable “Term and billing fields“

This needs to map to the relevant field in your CSV that holds the term and billing information. It will look like this:


The values we are expecting to see in this column is something including “Reservation” for a reserved instance or something including “Subscription”


This will allow us to break out the reservations and software licenses.


Additionally, make sure you have added a mark up in your billing profile:
