Enable End User Self Service Portal (Direct CSP Only)

We have released Version 2 of our End User Portal. *Additional cost for end user portal applies


Version 2 Features

  • Grant access and different security levels to an end user for their company
  • Provide access to internal staff for the end user portal - all Companies
  • Adjust quantities of existing subscriptions
  • Add a custom logo for the portal
  • Enable/Disable auto renew
  • Cancel subscriptions
  • Create custom catalogs
  • Order new subscriptions

End User Permissions

  • View – Can view the company licenses but not change anything
  • Modify – Can view the company licenses and edit license quantities
  • Admin – Can view the company licenses, edit license quantities, toggle auto renew, cancel subscriptions and add new subscriptions

Restrictions

  • NCE Licenses cannot have their quantity decreased unless in 7 day grace period. Only increased (Microsoft Restriction).
    • The portal will provide an option to schedule it for the next renewal when out of the grace period

Configuration

To enable the end user portal you must do the following.

  1. Open Partner & End User Management by clicking Tools > Partner & End User Management
  2. Add internal staff to access the End User Portal (Included for free)  *Note: The user will get access to all companies added into Sync 365
    1. Click Add User
    2. Enter their email address
    3. Specify the permissions
    4. Partner Admin provides them access to manage the catalogs in the end user portal.

  3. Add End User for self service (charges apply)
    1. Click the End User Management tab
    2. Add User
    3. Enter in the users email address (Must be a Microsoft tenant for sign in with Microsoft)
    4. Add companies they should have access to
    5. Send the user instructions to access the portal. We do not email out anything to your end users.

You can now log in with that email account at https://portal.s365l.com and sign in with their Microsoft account.

Partner users will have access to all companies in Sync 365.
